Once you complete your purchase process, which includes providing your email address, you will receive a confirmation email from LifeScanQR that includes a “Click here to Upload Pictures & Videos”The link takes you to our form where you will be able to enter information about your loved one and upload pictures and videos.
There is a 1 Gigabyte maximum upload limit.
Your Online Memorial Will Be Created
With the uploaded photos and videos that you shared we will create a personalized online memorial for your loved one.We will then create a QR Code plaque that will be shipped to you free of shipping cost. The QR Code created will point to your loved one’s memorial page and the uploaded files that you provided.
