Starting in year three, a modest annual maintenance fee of $24 will be applied. This contribution allows us to keep the site online, secure, and accessible for friends and family to visit for years to come.

Is this disrespectful to the sanctity of the cemetery?

Not at all. We view this as the modern evolution of the "Epitaph." For centuries, families have carved stories and symbols into stone to keep a memory alive. A QR code is simply a smaller, more powerful way to share those same stories without cluttering the beautiful stonework. It’s a bridge between the physical monument and the digital legacy.

Will the QR code fade or peel off the tombstones over time?

We use industrial-grade materials specifically designed for the outdoors. Our plaques are made from Anodized Aluminum that can withstand UV rays, heavy rain, and freezing temperatures. They are designed to last as long as the stone they are placed on.

Do I need permission from the cemetery to add this?

Most cemeteries view these as "Memorial Accessories," similar to a flower vase or a bronze medallion. However, regulations vary. We always recommend checking with your local sexton or cemetery manager first, and we are happy to provide them with the technical specs to put them at ease.

Is it hard to set up? I'm not very tech-savvy.

If you can send an email, you can do this! We provide a simple "Memorial Upload Form" where you just drag and drop your favorite photos and videos. Our team handles the rest curating the memorial page and QR Code plaque for you.

Is there a photo and video upload limit?

There is a 1 GB maximum upload limit for pictures and videos.

What is the turnaround and cost for shipping?

Your QR Code plaque will be shipped and arrive within 3-4 business days. Shipping is free for all orders.

Will there ever be a monthly fee or future cost?

There will never be a monthly fee. For the first 2 years your hosted memorial page is free. Starting the 3rd year, there will be an annual fee of $24 dollars that will go towards maintenance of the memorial sites. We do not take ownership of any uploaded videos or pictures and you have the option to not renew at any time.
